Elsabé Manning founded Success Factory - a highly successful business which is represented throughout Southern Africa. She is an Executive, Life and Business Coach; Facilitator; accomplished writer (author of Up The Corporate Ladder - Professionalism in the Workplace); Public Speaker and Consultant. She studied Human Resource Management at the University of Johannesburg.

She creates and delivers custom keynote speeches for organisations, based specifically on their needs, issues and interests. She captures and fascinates her audience with her knowledge, insight and wisdom. Elsabé has the ability to motivate people to take deliberate and consistent action to accomplish their goals and objectives. She also writes leadership and self-development articles for organisations and upmarket business and other magazines and has a television slot on ‘Professionalism in the Workplace’ on ABSA Bank’s internal television training channel.

Success Factory specialises in emotional intelligence (EQ); coaches training; professionalism; communication; sales strategy, training and coaching; performance enhancement; leadership and management development; coaching; mentoring and team re-building. Success Factory consults with organisations on organisational development; change management; skills development and coaching and mentoring for individuals and teams from foundation to top executive level.

Promote efficient use of materials and resources throughout Success Factory - including water, electricity, raw materials and other resources, particularly those that are non-renewable;
Avoid unnecessary use of hazardous materials and products, seek substitutions when feasible and take all reasonable steps to protect human health and the environment when such materials must be used, stored and disposed of;
Purchase and use environmentally responsible products;
Where required by legislation or where significant health, safety or environmental hazards exist, develop and maintain appropriate emergency and spill response programmes;
Communicate our environmental commitment to clients, customers and the public and encourage them to support it;
Strive to continually improve our environmental performance and minimise the social impact and damage of activities by periodically reviewing our environmental policy in light of our current and planned future activities.
